He has wide experience in both domestic and international human resources management and consulting, and has particular expertise in all facets of compensation consulting, stock plans, incentive pay, sales compensation, job evaluation methods, organizational issues related to internal versus external equity issues, equal value/work issues, and minimum qualification requirements development. He has conducted numerous surveys and studies related to pay, incentives, stock grants and options, benefits planning and plans’ funding, relocation management, international pay programs, and taxation of income, as well as multinational plan management skills.
