Lindsay Scott is founder and Managing Consultant at Lindsay Scott & Associates and has over 12 years experience in compensation co-sourcing, employee compensation, workforce analysis, and software design / development. Lindsay works closely with management of Fortune 100 - Fortune 5000 companies to develop compensation solutions and compensation systems. Lindsay comes from the Hay Group where he initiated Hay’s US Compensation Outsourcing Practice and managed Hay’s compensation market planning software solutions. Prior to Hay, he worked as a Management Consultant for Standard & Poors / DRI Energy and Energy Management Association, an operating unit of EDS.

Lindsay was a contributing author to “The Executive Handbook on Compensation”, The Free Press, 2001 and has spoken on pay analytics and pay market issues at a variety of compensation conferences. He has a BA in Economics from Beloit College and an MBA from the Fuqua School of Business – Duke University.
